Building communities for pet owners with a communal dog walking app

A way for puppy parents to find walking buddies without the awkward conversation starters at the park.

This project was especially difficult due to the small team size at the very start. The ambition was there, the ideas were good, but the lack of resources hindered us. We focused on in-depth meetings with developers to figure out the best possible infrastructure for the app, while making sure not a single chat message could get leaked. Afterward, we focused on steadily growing the team according to our needs, building a long-term infrastructure that allowed the app to continue growing and improving after launch.
